Official Risembool Ranger Store Calendar Contest Rules

1. This contest is open to OFFICIAL Risembool Rangers only. (You must be registered with the Yahoo group) Risembool Ranger Officers are NOT eligible to enter this contest.

IF YOUR ARTWORK WAS FEATURED IN LAST YEAR'S CALENDAR YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THIS YEAR'S CONTEST. YOU WILL BECOME ELIGIBLE AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

2. All submissions must be 100% original artwork and composition! (Cosplay photography will also be allowed this year!!!) And only 1 submission per Ranger PLEASE!

3. By providing an entry, entrants acknowledge that their submission becomes the property of the Risembool Rangers and grants permission for their art to be used in the calendar which will be sold in the Ranger Store, and in any other manner that the Ranger Store chooses to use it. Winners will receive no additional remuneration other than their prize.

4. Submissions must be sent to RangerCalendarContest@gmail.com NO LATER THAN September 30th, 2012 and should include a separate BRIEF bio about the artist. Be sure to include: Name, Age, Ranger Screen Name, Title of artwork, Hobbies, and link to DeviantArt page or Art Viewing website if you desire. Our desire is for the submissions to be presented as anonymous for voting therefore, we kindly ask that you do not sign the face of your submission.

5. Submissions MUST be Vic or Rangers related. (ie. Characters he's played, Vic himself, etc…)

6. 24 Semi-Finalists will be selected from amongst all submissions by a team of Ranger Officers.

7. The 24 Semi-Finalists will be displayed on a site accessible to all Rangers for voting. Rangers will be given a deadline for voting submissions. After the deadline the top 12 submissions will be declared winners and will have their artwork along with a brief bio put into a 2013 Official Risembool Ranger Calendar which will be available for sale in the Risembool Ranger Store! In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking decision will be made by the Ranger Store Manager.

8. The 12 Ranger Finalists will be granted a FABULOUS Prize of a free Risembool Ranger Calendar featuring their artwork! (Estimated value $18)
